What's free, and what's in Pro?

Free includes all of First Conversations, Foundations lessons 1 to 9, the first two lessons of every other track, 3 practice conversations and 5 Ask AI questions a month, and three AI characters. Pro is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year in US dollars. It opens every lesson with its expert reading, all six AI characters, Hard difficulty, practice and Ask AI with no monthly limit, coaching from a stronger AI model, and Prep a real conversation. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Is there a limit in Pro?

Pro has a daily fair-use limit of about 10 practice conversations and 60 questions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nosa, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all billing, and we never see your card. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to subscribe, install Nosa, and tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen.

Your progress

Do I need an account?

No. This version of Nosa has no accounts. Your progress, My people and your notes stay on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Does Nosa work on iPad or Android?

Not yet. Nosa is made for iPhone first. Android and iPad may come later.

Content and AI

Which tradition does Nosa come from?

Historic Christian orthodoxy: broadly evangelical, rooted in Scripture and Reformed-informed. It is written so a thoughtful Presbyterian, Anglican, Baptist or non-denominational Christian can use it without friction.

Which tracks are in the app?

Seven: First Conversations, Foundations, Trusting the Bible, Atheism, Doubt & Culture, Deconstruction & Church Hurt, Islam, and Roman Catholicism. Ninety-eight lessons in all.

Which parts of Nosa are AI?

Ask AI, the practice characters, Prep a real conversation and coaching are all written by AI, using Anthropic's Claude model.

Can the AI be wrong about Scripture or doctrine?

It can. Every AI feature runs inside strict guardrails and follows Nosa's settled theology, and we test it against hard cases. It can still miss something, so if you spot a theological error, email [email protected] with the question or conversation it came from. We treat those as bug reports.

Privacy

What happens to what I type into the AI features?

It goes through our server to Anthropic so the reply can be written. We don't keep conversation content on our servers. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I delete my data?

Your progress lives on your iPhone, so deleting the app removes it. For analytics data, email [email protected].

Managing your subscription on iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Nosa.
  5. Change your plan, manage your trial, or cancel.

Apple handles billing and refunds. We can explain what a charge is for, and cancellations and refunds go through Apple.
